IDEALIST
OBJECTIF ET APPROCHE
L'objectif global d'IDEALIST est de soutenir les petites et moyennes entreprises dans leur capacité à comprendre et à s'adapter aux changements provoqués par des événements dramatiques tels que la pandémie COVID-19, le conflit russo-ukrainien et les perturbations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Le projet se concentre spécifiquement sur des secteurs tels que les industries à haute intensité énergétique, l'aérospatiale et la défense, la mobilité, le transport et l'automobile.
Ces secteurs et leurs chaînes de valeur sont d'une importance fondamentale pour l'économie européenne et partagent des défis communs que le projet aidera à relever, tels que la transition vers des pratiques plus durables, les questions de compétitivité dans un contexte de pénurie de composants et de matières premières, et les changements dans les habitudes de consommation. Le projet veillera à ce que les PME de toute l'Europe deviennent des "acteurs actifs" de ces changements plutôt que de simples observateurs passifs.
ACTIVITES
Le soutien direct aux entreprises s'articulera notamment autour de trois piliers :
A) La prospective stratégique - qui leur offre une perspective claire de leur avenir, en anticipant les menaces potentielles et en permettant l'identification d'opportunités inédites, en les aidant à mieux comprendre les changements dans leur environnement opérationnel et les impacts sur la prise de décision stratégique.
Adoption des technologies - offrir une plateforme de mise en relation et les mettre en contact avec des fournisseurs potentiels de technologies avancées de toute l'Europe.
Perturbations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement - leur permettant d'identifier les dépendances critiques et de limiter l'impact des perturbations sur les chaînes de valeur.
Le projet comprendra également des moments de rencontre et d'échange entre des entreprises appartenant (également) à différents secteurs, sous la forme d'événements tels que des Hackathons & B2B capables de répondre aux besoins individuels des entreprises et l'organisation de délégations d'entrepreneurs à l'étranger. Le partenariat - coordonné par CIMES, un centre d'excellence en mécanique française (www.cimes-hub.com) - rassemble 14 partenaires industriels représentant des milliers d'entreprises manufacturières de 6 pays européens et de l'Ukraine.

La fabrication zéro défaut constitue l’approche la plus avancée pour s’assurer de la qualité des pièces produites. Elle repose sur quatre stratégies : détecter, prédire, réparer et prévenir. Grâce à des retours d’expérience, les experts pourront décrire les meilleures pratiques de la fabrication zéro défaut et présenter des cas d’usage industriels.
L’objectif de cette table ronde est de permettre aux industriels de réaliser leur veille technique et de valoriser des PME Européennes. Idéalement mettre en lien des « offreurs de solutions innovantes» avec des utilisateurs potentiels. Il s’agit d’évoquer des technologies et procédés de production avancés sous l’angle de la performance environnementale.
Hack&Match #4 – Advanced technologies for manufacturing industries – From the 1st to the 2nd of April 2026
Online event to boost technology uptake by traditional manufacturing SMEs, in a transparent and engaging manner. Blended approach combining hackathon-style problem solving with targeted matchmaking between manufacturing SMEs & solution providers. Companies can showcase their technical challenge on advanced processes. Companies and Research & Technology Organization can propose a technical solution. If the solution identified is convincing, it is then developed within a bilateral POC or within the framework of a collaborative research project. Event managed by DITECFER cluster.

Webinaire sur les "solutions pour décarboner la production de pièces composites" - 10 Avril 2026, 14h00
Il s’agit d’évoquer des technologies et procédés de production avancés pour la fabrication de pièces en matériaux composites à base de fibre de carbone sous l’angle de la performance environnementale. Interventions :
- Résines epoxy biosourcées et non toxiques et résines hautes performances thermomécaniques pour l’allègement par Alain GRAILLOT, COO de Specific Polymers
- Fibre de carbone biosourcée à base de cellulose par Céline LARGEAU, CTO de CGreen
- Diviser son bilan carbone grâce à l’analyse de cycle de vie (LCA), la conception et le drapage automatisé (AFP) par Adrien MARCHANDISE, CTO d’Avel Robotics

L’objectif de ce webinaire est de permettre aux industriels de réaliser leur veille technique et de visibiliser les résultats de R&D des PME industrielles françaises. Idéalement mettre en lien des « offreurs de solutions innovantes» avec des utilisateurs potentiels. Webinaire en langue française organisé par le GIE ALBATROS dans le cadre du projet européen IDEALIST. Le webinaire est hébergé sur la plateforme AGORA . Sa durée est d’une heure.
